Eligibility on returning your item:
- Items must not be used.
- Items needs to retain its original packaging.
- Attach a photo of the product and its packaging.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we do not currently refund on gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest method to guarantee you receive what you desire is to return the item you currently possess. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
