I bought this to establish if I would like the scent profile enough to spend the money for Bal D'Afrique. I did like it. It's the crisp white shirt, cuffed jeans, Todd's flats, and aviators of "cool girl clean" scents. So I bought a decant of Bal D'Afrique. The og retains fresher, lighter citrus floral top notes longer, but the mid and dry down are identical to the Asēdos. Save your money, get this.

I love how this smells on me. I am rocking it in the peak of summer so I'm interested to see what happens in cooler months. I get lemon zest straight off but it's changing to coconut and roasted chesnuts in this heat & on my skin.

I have been wanting to buy byredo bal alfrique but could never justify pending over $300 . I came across this perfume oil and I thought sure..give it a try. This is amazing!! I love this scent... its fresh, clean and sophisticated! I do find this one doesn't last as long as my other Asedos oils but it's the perfect pocket size to toss in my handbag for a midday top up. Overall very happy customer!

I love Bal D’Afrique. My favourite hotel in Adelaide has it in the bathroom amenities. I looked up the price and couldn’t justify the price! This perfumed oil is as close to the perfume I love as it could be. To say I’m delighted would be an understatement! The closest dupe I've found for Bal d'afrique. Went to the store with Asedos amalfi citrus on one arm, and sprayed bal d'afrique on the other to compare the two. Asedos dries down a little more citrusy but that's about it, every other note was identical to me. Staying power is incredibly similar. Absolutely stoked with this little gem!
